Balance principle:
This module is adjacent pressure difference equalization, the adjacent battery pressure difference reaches 0.1V or more, the chip internally triggers equalization work, until the adjacent battery voltage difference is within 0.03V and stops working, there is an adjacent pressure difference when charging and discharging on the battery pack By triggering equalization work, the voltage error of the battery pack will also be pulled back to an ideal value, reducing battery maintenance costs.
Balance indication:
1. When the balance light is on, the balance work is on.
2. The balance light is off, and the balance circuit is in a sleep state.
3. The balance light is flashing, the string is dropped, or the circuit is faulty.
technical parameter:
The working voltage is 2.0V-4.5V, ternary lithium iron battery is universal, LTO lithium titanate battery is not applicable.
Balance current:
The adjacent voltage difference is more than 0.1V (the current is about 0.5-0.7A);
Adjacent voltage difference is more than 0.2V (reaching a balanced current of 1.2A);
The smaller the voltage difference, the smaller the equalizing current.
Wiring definition:
B-, the total negative pole of the battery pack (the negative pole of the battery)
B1, the positive pole of the battery
B2, the positive terminal of the second battery
B3…….and so on.
Note:
1. This board works on the principle of adjacent equalization and cannot be used as a maintenance tool. To connect to the battery, it must be used together with lithium battery protection. The pressure difference generated by charging and discharging will trigger the equalization board to work to achieve energy transfer balance.
2. Cable plugs with more than 13 strings need to be inserted obliquely, first contact the B-pin and insert obliquely upwards, otherwise it may cause the board to burn out
